Dates for the Diaries‏ – AGM & Constitution

Committee will circulate 1st draft of new Constitution to club members in preparation for the open discussion on Thursday 23rd February.
 
Thursday 23rd February 2012 (after training)
Venue:  TBC
Members Meeting:  Open discussion on 1st draft of new Constitution, prior to preparation of Constituion for AGM approval.
If you are unable to attend this meeting you can provide your feedback to your team captain or a committee member.

 

Monday 19th March 2012
Email: Proposed Constitution will be circulated to club via email (1 month before AGM)
 
Thursday 19th April 2012 (instead of training)
Venue:  Church on the Heath (main hall)

Important Changes to Training Venue

After much consideration and discussion with club members it has been decided that training over the winter months will be moved from the Elvetham Heath courts to Wavell Cody Netball Centre.

This decision was made as the all weather surface at Wavell is more appropriate for training at this time of year and will hopefully reduce the amount of training sessions which are cancelled due to rain and slippery courts.   

Training at Wavell will commence on Thursday 5th January 2012 and continue for three months, with the club returning to Elvetham Heath on Thursday 5th April 2012.  The time for training will remain the same 20:00 – 21:30.

Christmas Social 2011

Christmas Party!!!

The date is set for our Christmas Party; Thursday 8th December at Propaganda Music Canteen!! The night will include a 3 course meal followed by some live music and hopefully some crazy dancing!

Time: 8 til late 

Dress Code: Smart with a bit of xmas sparkle
